Terms and Conditions
- At the time of booking we charge the credit card for the first night – this confirms the booking.
- Cancellations before 48 Hours of arrival day are without charge.
- A no show will be charged balance of 1 night or 50% of entire booking whichever is the greater.
- We cannot guarantee that guests from a group booking will be in the same room or any booking will be in the same room for the duration of the stay, but we do our best to keep everyone together.
- Check in is from 1 pm. Photo ID is required. Check ins after 4.00pm will be emailed arrival instructions.
- Parking in our off street parking is very limited & not guaranteed. On-street parking is also available. Do not leave valuables in your car and keep it locked.
- We have a bike shed that everyone is welcome to use; do not leave bikes unlocked.
- There are no lockers. Valuables are your responsibility.
- Damage, lost keys, or excessive uncleanliness may be charged for.
- Wash & dry your dishes, sort your rubbish.
- Security cameras are located throughout the hostel and in the car park.
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
